As with all our training, we take an action-oriented approach to coaching so that clients can practice new skills, behaviors and attitudes between sessions. Our coaching services are customizable in order to best meet your needs. In general, we work with ongoing clients monthly or bi-monthly and offer e-mail/phone support between sessions for added accountability or to troubleshoot problems, should they arise. We also provide standalone short-term coaching to help you deal with specific issues or areas of growth.
