Our coaching services are customizable in order to best meet your needs. In general, we work with ongoing clients monthly or bi-monthly and offer e-mail/phone support between sessions for added accountability or to troubleshoot problems, should they arise. We also provide standalone short-term coaching to help you deal with specific issues or areas of growth.
