Nash Consulting, Inc. has adopted a highly effective systems-oriented approach that tends to be missing in most change efforts. Action research, which includes data collection to ensure that the change effort is tailor fit to the organization’s needs, allows leaders to gain leverage in making changes that most one-time sessions or longer term problem–solving efforts miss.
Action research opens the door for changes in structures, habits, relationships, and individuals that lead to major shifts toward health and productivity, even in areas not directly addressed by the consultation. Through action plans, accountability, experiential training, and more, NCI helps organizations create a culture that supports permanent positive change.
NCI works collaboratively with both leaders and staff – we don’t simply come in and fix things. We work with people (even resistant people) to help them diagnose issues, identify and build on strengths, set goals, implement changes, set action plans for the future, and evaluate results. It’s because of this approach that we are able to work with organizations where they are in their own evolution toward system health, being involved to whatever extent we are asked, and still see exciting and lasting change.
